At Domino’s, great pizza starts long before it reaches our customers. Behind the scenes, our Supply Chain teams work hard to make sure our stores have everything they need to deliver delicious, and safety, capability and great training are a huge part of making that happen.

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse MHE Trainer to join our fantastic team in Warrington. This is a hands-on role where you’ll train, coach and assess colleagues across a range of Material Handling Equipment, helping our people work safely, confidently and in line with our standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver MHE training, assessments and refresher training across Reach, VNA and Counterbalance equipment, ensuring colleagues are trained to the right standards.
• Support new starters through assessments and inductions, helping them build the skills and confidence they need from day one.
• Carry out regular driver assessments and post-incident assessments, identifying where remedial training or further support is needed.
• Keep training records, assessment paperwork and compliance documentation accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with Shift Managers, Team Leaders and Health & Safety colleagues to promote safe working practices, improve processes and maintain high standards across the operation.

These responsibilities reflect the core requirements in the existing JD, including FLT, Counterbalance and VNA assessments, new starter support, post-accident assessments, SOP compliance, accurate training records and collaboration with Health & Safety and operational leadership.  

What we’re looking for

Most importantly, you’ll need to be a qualified RTITB Instructor/Trainer, as this is essential for the role.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience delivering MHE training and assessments, ideally with around 3 years' experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge and experience of Reach, VNA and Counterbalance equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for coaching and developing others.
• Good organisational and administration skills, with the confidence to manage training schedules and compliance records.
• Good computer skills, particularly Excel.
• A flexible approach, with the ability to support training across different shifts when required.
