Dominos Pizza Group (DPG) is seeking a CRM Technical Executive to support our technical CRM function at our head office in either Manchester or Milton Keynes. Reporting to our Senior CRM Technology Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for managing the technical aspect of our CRM, Braze. This role requires a robust blend of technical acumen and strategic thinking to ensure the effective operation and seamless integration of our CRM initiatives.

Success in this role looks like: 

• Proven experience as a CRM Technical Executive, preferably with a preference for knowledge of Braze or comparable marketing automation platforms.
• Extensive experience with SDKs, APIs, web services, and sophisticated data integration techniques.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a track record of developing email and web templates.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer journey mapping, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets and data manipulation.

• Analytical and problem-solving acumen, with a proven ability to convert business requirements into technical implementations.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• An exceptional capability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
