Are you a proactive and analytical thinker who is passionate about IT Support? Do you have the IT skills to drive incident resolutions and deliver top quality customer service? If so, we’d love to hear from you. Our IT Service Desk are looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join their well-established Service Desk team providing IT support for our Domino’s Pizza Stores and Franchisees. You will be a front line driving force managing incidents and requests all while providing our customers with first-class IT Support.
What Success looks like:
- Effective management of incidents and requests raised to you by phone, email or through our self service portal.
- Driving timely and effective resolutions inline with established SLA's to hit personal and team KPI targets.
- Development of a strong skill set that enables you to provide effective support for our Store and Franchisee facing IT systems.
- Participating in our 4 days on, 2 days off shift pattern covering early, late and night shifts.
- A passion for IT technologies, support principles, and a genuine desire to provide best in class customer service.
