Learning Platform Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Learning Platform Coordinator to support the delivery and management of our learning technology platforms, ensuring a seamless learning experience for colleagues across our franchise network.

What you'll be doing

As our Learning Platform Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our learning platform, ensuring content and learning plans are configured, tested, and deployed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining the learning platform, including user administration and platform configuration.
• Uploading, testing, publishing, and maintaining learning content.
• Building and managing learning plans to support business and franchise requirements.
• Ensuring learners have access to the right content at the right time.
• Testing new content and identifying any platform or user experience issues before launch.
• Providing first-line support for platform users and resolving queries promptly.
• Escalating technical issues where required and working with suppliers to support resolutions.
• Liaising with franchise stakeholders to manage franchise-specific learning requirements.
• Supporting continuous improvement of learning platform processes and communications.
• Producing reports and analysing learning data to support decision-making.

• Learning plans are kept up to date and aligned with business requirements.
• Stakeholder queries are managed effectively and professionally.

What we're looking for

• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar platform.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence working in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Experience working with stakeholders across different teams.

Desirable

• Knowledge of HTML.
• Experience working with franchise or multi-site businesses.
• IT-related qualification or relevant learning technology experience.
