Do you love to drive data? Our fabulous digital team are looking to hire an eCommerce Analytics Manager to work with us on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.  Based in either Manchester or Milton Keynes you’ll be working full time, 1 day a week in the office.  You’ll turn data into decisions that power smarter customer journeys, stronger conversions, and standout digital performance.

In this role, you’ll be the expert behind the insights, you’ll lead the analytics function, champion innovation, and create a culture of continuous improvement. With your advanced analytics skills, you’ll support both our customers and our franchisees while keeping us at the cutting edge of digital excellence.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Oversee conversion rate optimisation initiatives, utilising A/B and multivariate testing to enhance user experience and drive revenue growth.
• Lead the development and execution of conversion and session budgeting strategies, ensuring optimal allocation of digital resources to maximise ROI.

• Own the production and delivery of high-impact reports for the weekly trading meeting, providing clear, actionable insights that drive commercial decisions.

 What We’re Looking For

• Strong Dashboard and Reporting Skills as well as advanced proficiency in Google Analytics & SQL
• 4+ years’ experience in data analysis, ideally within in a B2C or retail environment
• Ability to record in Conversion Rate Optimisation and session budgeting within eCommerce
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment using Scrum/Agile working practices
• Some leadership experience is desirable
