We are now seeking a talented and forward‑thinking HR Manager to establish and lead the People activities for Shorecal. In this newly created stand-alone role, you will be responsible for building and embedding robust people processes across the employee lifecycle, overseeing employee relations with clarity and consistency, ensuring full compliance with employment legislation, and supporting the education and development of Area and Store based managers. You will also play a key role in driving proactive, people‑focused solutions that reduce HR risk and strengthen our culture. Success in this role looks like:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the F&B, Hospitality or Retail industry.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or above is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation across both ROI and NI.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive collaboration across teams.
- Willingness to travel across ROI and NI as required.
