We’re looking for a Head of IT Solution Delivery & Product to lead the product and delivery capabilities that underpin Domino’s technology strategy. In this role, you’ll shape the direction of our core IT product channels, oversee the delivery of complex, multi‑stream projects and develop the frameworks that help our teams deliver value at pace. You’ll lead a team of around 15 while partnering with senior stakeholders across IT, Digital, Data Store Tech and the wider business.

Success in this role looks like:

• Proven leadership across product management and solution delivery, with experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and overseeing end‑to‑end product lifecycles
• Strong programme/project management skills - bringing structure, governance and clarity to complex initiatives
• Clear communication and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite
• A strategic mindset - able to prioritise roadmaps, balance product and delivery needs and identify risks, dependencies and opportunities.
• Comfortable working with data, KPIs and performance metrics to guide decisions and track product health
• Ability to coach and develop teams, improve delivery frameworks and drive continuous improvement across the function.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Head of Delivery, Senior Delivery Lead or similar, with strong programme/project management credentials
• Product management experience with a customer‑centric approach
• Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic product development
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience working across digital, retail or technology‑driven environments
• Understanding of digital customer behaviour and user experience (desired).
