We’re looking for a Multi‑Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical focus to join our Supply Chain Centre in Warrington, playing a key role in keeping our production and delivery equipment running safely and reliably.
This is a hands‑on role where your electrical expertise will be central to maintaining performance across site, from fault‑finding on PLCs to keeping automated systems running at pace.
What You’ll Bring
This role suits someone who enjoys getting to the root of electrical issues, takes pride in well‑maintained systems, and plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll bring:
- Experience working as a multi‑skilled engineer, with a strong bias towards electrical engineering
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, controls and fault‑finding, alongside mechanical and pneumatic knowledge
- Experience delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), particularly on electrical and control systems
- Confidence diagnosing faults on FMCG machinery, including PLC‑controlled equipment
- Working knowledge of PLC diagnostics (ideally Siemens S7 or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Experience supporting root cause analysis with a focus on electrical improvements
- Exposure to automated systems (e.g. Dematic) is advantageous
What You’ll Be Doing
Based at our Warrington Supply Chain Centre, you’ll play a key role in maintaining operational performance by:
- Taking ownership of electrical maintenance and fault‑finding across production and logistics equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving issues on PLC‑controlled and automated systems
- Completing planned preventative maintenance, with a strong focus on electrical reliability and system performance
- Responding quickly to breakdowns, identifying the root cause of electrical faults to minimise repeat issues
- Supporting continuous improvement through electrical upgrades, modifications and corrective actions
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain safe, efficient and reliable operations across the site
How We’ll Support You
We want you to feel supported to do your best work. In return for what you bring, you can expect:
- A competitive salary and performance‑based bonus
- Pension contributions
- Private health and dental care
- Income protection
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities, including electrical and controls training
- A pizza discount, because it wouldn’t be Domino’s without one 🍕
